Whatever line of work you’re in, it’s likely that some days in the office will be stressful. Tight deadlines, looming presentations and heavy workloads can all create stress. But work-related stress can lead to illness, so it’s important to know how to relax when the pressure builds.
I offer 1-2 hour workshops with groups of up to 10 people where they are taken through a simple approach to relaxation and well-being. This can be tailored according to need. However, the 2 main aspects covered include:

Guided Imagery is a wonderful stress reduction tool which uses “visualization” and “mental imagery” techniques to improve health. Through guided visualisation techniques the group can be transported to a quiet place in their mind.
